After they accomplish that then we can begin to explore how MN can establish another Hemp based industry…bio-diesel. Manitoba grows Hemp MN does not, the hemp grown in MB is manufactured into products that can be purchased in MN. There is an Industry waiting to be born in MN Oh wait there already is a cannabis industry but it’s controlled illegally and so the outcome…were producing criminals, not jobs and taxes and were causing hardship’s on families. The lawmakers and Governor of this state must act now with the first step by signing into law the mmj Bill the House will vote on soon…

Don’t be fooled, he’s not making fun of people in wheelchairs but rather making a very candid point. The lawmakers that have voted no and the Governor who has said he would veto a mmj bill, don’t care about the people in wheelchairs or the people suffering from any ailment that along with a Doctor’s recommendation could get some relief using mj. Shannon suffers from a medical condition that mmj has proven over and over can help. He also received the endorsement of the Minnesota Medical Association Political Action Committee, Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life, and the National Federation of Independent Business. Davis says that the first district is usually more conservative than most places. He says the district generally wants lower taxes, smaller government, and favor conservative values. He says the district tends to look skeptically at a government that wants to spend 0-billion to bail out bad policy.
